Looks like Taxmaster's Chapter 11 Bankruptcy was another head fake as a Texas Court placed a $195 Million judgement against Taxmasters and Patrick Cox for failure to serve their customers.

Justice is served. But a sad day for their customers who likely won't see anything from the judgement. Mr. Cox seems pretty broke and the company's assets are depleted.

Let's hope that nobody tries to run a tax resolution scam like this ever again.
