JK Harris was one of the first tax resolution companies to advertise on TV. The company also was the only tax resolution company to sell and operate franchises all around the country. While their marketing was excellent and innovative, they never provided a good model for customer service. Hence their F rating at the Better Business Bureau, class action lawsuits and complaints from Attorney Generals around the country.
