As the self-appointed MONITOR of the tax resolution industry :), I have been following JK Harris closely whose main office is in South Carolina with sales offices all around the country. My previous post here showed that they were behind on their lead buying as well. JK Harris has been Washington Tax Services' longest and oldest competitor since the 90's. JK going out of business would be a shock. I will be posting an essay later this week on the tax resolution industry in general and whether the market for tax representation is reaching a saturation point.
