You might recognize Instant Tax by their strong presence on the internet. The good news is Instant Tax delivers on their promise. Their customer service infrastructure is Four Enrolled Agents and four CPAs and a support staff of 32. It is clear to me that this company is guided by integrity and honest practices. Their BBB record verifies that. Also as fellow Northwesterners, I have personally met the owners and I know that they take their client's best interest at heart. Here's their website.

A+ rating at the BBB with 10 years plus experience is always a good thing to see. The firm was founded by Jesse Lothamer who is a CPA and also holds a juris Doctor degree. John Harrington and Brian Lorencen, Attorney and CPA, respectively, are also partners. Impressively, they do not employ a sales staff. Only licensed tax professionals do the analysis. In 2014, they made it mandatory that all attorneys and CPA's at the firm also become Enrolled Agents. On another note, all clients can log in to their website and see the status of their case.
