As we have written multiple times in our blog, the IRS Automated Collection Systems (ACS) has been levying infrequently since about January 2016. In the fall of 2021, it seems that tide has turned. The code of the letter can be found in the upper right corner. The CP90 and the CP91 letters seems to be the ones that are forewarning of actual levies.
