Taxmasters a company that got a lot of airtime on my blog and in the national media for questionable service and practices appears to have been DELISTED from the OTC Bulletin Board and put on the OTC Pinks Exchange for failure to file a 10-Q in a timely manner.

The delisting blurb: Delisted from OTC Kind of reminds of missing a deadline with the IRS for your client. Hmm.
Taxmasters was the only tax resolution company that had their shares traded on a stock exchange (that I am aware of).
