Hmm. Which BBB record would you refer your clients to?
Associated Tax Relief, Inc. F rating
or
Associated Tax Resolution (same company) A minus rating
Now there's a good trick: instead of doing good customer service and keeping a good BBB record, just create a new BBB record when your old record is polluted with complaints. Wow: talk about a new low for tax resolution companies. I was wondering why there were 116 unanswered complaints at at Associated Tax Relief, Inc.! Now, I am clear: they are abandoning that BBB record for a NEW one! Laughable.
(I thank my latest client in Georgia for showing me this contradiction. Furthermore, this client was quoted a $4000 fee for a service that I am providing for a $1200 fee!)
