In our 23 years of existence, we have seen more and more IRS agents have cell phones which seems to make sense - considering landlines are becoming more and more endangered species.
But today - listening to the voicemail of an IRS agent - she said "please don't leave a message -- I would prefer a TEXT message.!
Pretty cool.
